Genevieve Benson Promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Milesbrand

With more than 12 years of experience in the residential real estate industry, including eight-and-a-half years at Milesbrand, Benson has built her career around creating trust and strategic alignment that drives long-term growth for the organizations she serves. As the driving force behind Milesbrand’s partnership strategy, she has developed and cultivated high-impact relationships with developers of large-scale master-planned communities and privately held home builders across the country, connecting home builders and developers whose vision and commitment to differentiation make them the right fit for the kind of long-term partnership Milesbrand does best.

Her work goes well beyond business development. Benson partners with leadership teams to align brand strategy with business objectives, helping communities and companies define their identity before they reach the market. She brings a particular focus to early-stage development, where strategic positioning has the greatest influence on long-term performance and buyer demand.

In 2024, Benson was named to Pro Builder’s Forty Under 40, a distinction recognizing 40 leaders under 40 for their energy, talent, innovation and career achievement. Selected from a pool of more than 140 candidates through a rigorous, two-stage process guided by past honorees, the program highlights the professionals shaping the future of homebuilding and real estate development. Benson’s selection recognized her leadership, influence and vision for what great community development can look like.

She sits on the Advisory Board for Professional Women in Building of Metro Denver and volunteers as a mentor through the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, investing in the next generation of industry leaders.

A sought-after speaker at local and national conferences, Benson brings the same depth and conviction to the stage that she brings to every partnership she builds. Her perspective was shaped in part by her early work with Downtown Colorado Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to community revitalization and the creation of vibrant, inclusive public spaces, and that foundation continues to inform everything she does at Milesbrand.
