Milesbrand Welcomes Jenna Capobianco as Chief Creative Officer
We are beyond excited to announce the arrival of Jenna Capobianco as our new Chief Creative Officer. With over 20 years of experience in creative leadership, Jenna is set to lead the agency’s creative department and team, continuing our mission of delivering exceptional branding and marketing solutions to the real estate industry.
Jenna joins Milesbrand at an exciting time, bringing a wealth of expertise and a track record of success working with some of the world’s most recognized brands. Throughout her career, Jenna has developed and executed standout campaigns for companies like Nike, Starbucks, Amazon, Time Magazine, Hyundai, Nintendo and many others. She has also contributed her talents to notable agencies such as Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam, Fallon New York, Leagas Delaney London, Hal Riney San Francisco, Common Good in Denver and BBDO New York, to name a few. Her diverse experience spans multiple industries, including hospitality where she worked with Westin Hotels, Montage Resorts, Vail Resorts, Disney and more. Jenna knows how to build powerful brands!
As Chief Creative Officer, Jenna will oversee the agency’s creative process from concept to completion, managing everything from branding and ad design to ensuring all projects align with clients’ vision and brand standards. Her leadership will not only shape the agency’s creative direction, but will also play a key role in pushing our clients’ marketing efforts to new heights by evaluating advertising trends and directing internal creative brainstorm sessions.

Jenna’s approach to creativity is one rooted in collaboration and innovation. She’s eager to work alongside the talented team at Milesbrand to deliver transformative branding strategies that resonate with home builders, developers and their customers. In addition to her creative expertise, Jenna has a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science with a focus on branding and copywriting from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Brandcenter. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys renovating homes, playing the piano and traveling the world with her husband and three children.
