Milesbrand Collaborates with BTI Partners on Five Master-Planned Community Branding Projects

We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with BTI Partners, a visionary real estate development firm with more than 60 years of experience shaping Florida’s landscape through residential, commercial, retail, multi-family and mixed-used projects.

In 2023, Milesbrand was thrilled to partner with BTI Partners branding five of its master-planned communities. Our collaborative approach with the company focused on:
- Brand Differentiation: Ensuring each community has a unique identity that resonates with its target audience while standing out from competitors.
- Brand Promise: Crafting a clear and compelling message that captures the essence of what each community offers.
- Logo Development & Brand Guidelines: Creating visual identities that are memorable and reflect the personality of each community.
- Community Naming: Developing evocative and meaningful names that set the stage for a strong brand narrative.
- Signage and Monumentation: Designing physical elements that enhance the overall community experience.
- Vision Brochures: Creating a brochure to communicate the community vision and mission as a marketing tool for home builder outreach.
Through this collaborative process, we were able to create strong brand foundations for each of the communities, setting them apart in the competitive Florida market.

The Milesbrand team is currently in the process of creating final logos and vision brochures for the five master-planned communities. They include:
- Lake Wales – ViaTerra, Naturally Yours: ViaTerra includes 3,000 residences, with single-family homes, active adult homes and apartments. This amenity-rich development offers walking paths inspired by the local Bok Towers Gardens, festivals and events, and a central amenity with a number of community activities.
- Edgewater West – Toho Trace, Water Your Life: At Toho Trace, homeowners can choose from an abundance of options thanks to the expansive 4,300 single-family and active adult homes. Located near the shores of Lake Tohopekaliga, the community is designed to embrace the beauty of the natural area while fostering a deep connection with water thanks to interconnected canals that weave their way to Lake Toho.
- Governors Park – Laurelton, A Charmed Way to Live: This mixed-use community is expected to have 4,000 residences in total with a combination of single-family homes for sale and for rent, active adult homes for sale and rental apartments. Located in a small town outside of Jacksonville, Laurelton focuses on having a strong community atmosphere with extensive amenities including open green space, trails, a clubhouse, golf course and community events.
- Greenbriar – Pinewalk, Breathe Life In: With 2,200 single-family and active adult homes planned, Pinewalk is located adjacent to the headwaters of Trout Creek, which leads to St. Johns River. Some of the key features of this community include its pine trees, natural wetland preserves with an abundance of palmettos, native shrubs and grasses.
- South Lake Toho – This community is currently in the final naming stages, but is expected to have an extensive collection of townhomes, apartments, single-family homes and active adult homes.
In addition, we assisted with refreshing the community website for Crossprairie, a master-planned community in Orlando focused on modern living with a true live, work, play lifestyle.
