Kelly Fink to Share Master-Planned Community Branding Strategies at IBS 2025

Milesbrand is excited to share that Kelly Fink, our General Manager, will be a featured speaker at the 2025 International Builders’ Show (IBS). As the world’s largest annual light construction trade show, IBS brings together top minds in the residential construction industry to share insights and innovations. This year’s event takes place February 25-27, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Kelly’s session, “Building an Impactful Brand: Beyond Colors & Logos,” will take place on Wednesday, February 26, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in Room West 318. This engaging and informative presentation will challenge the common misconception that the branding process ends at designing a logo and choosing a color palette. Instead, Kelly, along with two other panelists will explore the deeper strategies that drive meaningful connections with home buyers and create lasting brand value.

The session will cover:

  • Master-Planned Development Branding: Dive into tailored strategies for branding master-planned communities, including how to effectively communicate a development’s unique value proposition and appeal to its target audience.

Kelly will be joined by industry experts Carol Morgan of Denim Marketing and Lisa Welter of JTB Homes. Together, they will share actionable insights and real-world examples to help attendees elevate their branding efforts.
