We’re excited to announce that Milesbrand’s very own Bill Sievertsen, Director of Client Services, will be a speaker at the 2025 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas! This premier industry event, presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), is a must- attend for anyone in the residential construction industry. The largest annual light construction trade show in the world, IBS takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from February 25 – 27, 2025, and is a hub for education, featuring construction demonstrations, product launches, panel discussions, workshops and more.

Bill’s session, “What’s Your Hook? The Forgotten Art of Storytelling in New Home Marketing,” will delve into the power of storytelling in capturing the hearts and minds of potential homebuyers.
