The Summit, part of The Village at Castle Pines in Colorado, was honored with a Gold Award for Best Print Ad. The Summit stands out as a truly exceptional enclave. Offering a lifestyle defined by unparalleled luxury, The Summit provides homeowners with stunning views of a remarkable landscape and upscale residences tailored for the discerning buyer.

Collaborating with Trumark Homes during its expansion from California to the Colorado market, the Milesbrand team played a pivotal role in introducing them. Through a print advertisement, TRU Colorado was spotlighted, emphasizing their entrance into The Summit at Castle Pines. The advertisements featured engaging headlines like “Swinging High & Letting It Soar!” to draw attention to the community’s exceptional golf lifestyle. This award-winning print ad not only underscores the urgency of buying a new home in this exclusive community, but also showcases its breathtaking views in a captivating manner.

Best Print Campaign and Best Radio Commercial – Edgewater by True Homes

Located in Lancaster, South Carolina, Edgewater presents enticing amenities and budget-friendly homes in a prime waterfront setting. Convenient to Charlotte, this community is nestled along the shores of a 3,300-acre lake, featuring a top-notch golf course and homes ranging from the $200s to $600s, making luxury living accessible.

Milesbrand worked with the True Homes team to update the Edgewater brand to better differentiate it from the competition. The new branding includes the tagline Truly Unexpected, and every piece of collateral and messaging throughout the targeted omni-channel marketing strategy, including the new award-winning print campaign, is designed to showcase Edgewater’s unique amenities and lifestyle. The two spread print ads within the campaign showcase the extensive amenities available at Edgewater with a seamless horizon line to bring all the amenities together. The print campaign also includes original lifestyle photography from a recent photo shoot coordinated by the Milesbrand Team at Edgewater.

The radio spot titled “Heart Hears” that was honored with the Gold Award helped listeners imagine an unexpected life they’ll love at Edgewater. Highlighting the community amenities, the radio spot reinforced how unique the lifestyle is, particularly for the incredibly affordable price point.
