Milesbrand Leaders Take the Stage at 2025 Sales & Marketing Leadership Summit

Earlier this month, two of Milesbrand’s thought leaders joined hundreds of real estate sales and marketing professionals at the 2025 Sales & Marketing Leadership Summit, hosted by Shore Consulting at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. Known for sparking high-impact conversations and delivering actionable strategies, the annual event welcomed top speakers and attendees ready to navigate today’s shifting market.

Milesbrand President and Brand Strategist Dave Miles and Director of Strategic Partnerships Genevieve Benson were featured speakers at the three-day summit. Their sessions explore the future of homebuying, marketing innovation and the power of modern leadership.

Dave Miles Breaks Down the Emerging Buyer and the Rise of AI

Dave took the stage during “Laying a New Sales & Marketing Foundation: The Who, What & How of the Emerging Buyer (Part 2),” a forward-focused panel presentation built around exclusive consumer research. With a deep dive into how technology is transforming home buyer expectations, Dave challenged attendees to rethink how they connect with today’s consumer.

Dave Miles speaking 2-1

“AI is changing everything,” Dave said. "To sell effectively, you must understand not just who you’re selling to, but how they want to engage.”

His portion of the panel explored the idea of agentic AI – technology capable of setting goals, making decisions and adapting without constant human oversight – and its looming impact on homebuilder marketing. As Millennials and Gen Z grow to represent 60% of consumers by 2030, these digital natives will expect intuitive, fast, personalized experiences driven by predictive tools.

Where marketing was once reactive – responding only after a buyer reached out – it is now becoming predictive and personalized. Predictive marketing anticipates buyer needs before they’re ever expressed, while personalized marketing tailors messaging and experiences to individual preferences, behaviors and life stages. This shift empowers builders to engage prospects earlier and more meaningfully in the customer journey.

Dave highlighted three more major shifts already in motion:

  • Lead management will be increasingly handled by AI, which can qualify prospects, create content and personalize outreach.
  • Immersive and remote experiences will replace traditional sales models as buyers seek flexibility and digital-first journeys.
  • Hyper-personalized messaging will meet buyers at every stage, adapting to their lifestyle, budget and goals.

Buyers expect Amazon-like convenience – instant information, online customization tools and no-pressure service. From viewing homes in real time to scheduling tours on their own terms, they want speed, simplicity and transparency.

Dave closed with a reminder that as AI grows smarter, human creativity becomes even more essential.

“Scarcity creates value,” he said. “As original ideas become harder to come by, imagination will define the brands that lead.”

Genevieve Benson Joins Women Leaders to Inspire and Empower

Genevieve brought her voice to the dynamic “Lead Like Her: Power, Purpose & Leadership Elevated” panel, a high-energy session designed to champion women in real estate and raise the bar for emotionally intelligent leadership.

Open to Women’s Leadership Circle alumni, aspiring members and male allies, the session featured bold stories, unfiltered perspectives and a call to action for creating connected, capable teams. Attendees gained insight into how WLC, in partnership with the She Built Foundation, is shaping the future of the industry.

Genevieve shared her own leadership experiences alongside other accomplished women and emphasized the importance of mentorship and community.

“It was an honor to participate in the Lead Like Her panel discussion at the Sales and Marketing Summit,” Genevieve said. “Connecting with powerhouse women in our industry, sharing insights and learning from their journeys was inspiring. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the conversation and walk away energized by the talent and leadership that continues to shape the future of real estate sales and marketing.”
