Milesbrand is proud to announce that our creative work has been named a finalist for 13 prestigious awards at The Nationals, the premier awards event honoring North America’s best in new home sales and marketing. This recognition celebrates the dedication, creativity and innovation we bring to branding and marketing within the homebuilding and real estate industry.

The Nationals is hosted by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) and recognizes excellence across a variety of categories, showcasing outstanding achievements that set the standard in the industry. Winners will be announced at the awards gala in February 2024 at the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas. Being named a finalist underscores the impact of our partnerships with visionary clients and our commitment to crafting compelling brand stories.

This successful “Real Stories” campaign showcases the heart and soul of the community through the eyes of Ave Maria’s homeowners.

Located outside of Charleston, South Carolina, Homecoming is a master-planned community by home builder True Homes. Our team wanted to focus on the community’s welcoming, inviting approach to a beautifully differentiated community, which resulted in the name Homecoming.
