2022 Milesbrand Year in Review

As 2022 comes to a close, we reflect on the past 12 months, and all our team at Milesbrand has achieved. By focusing on the end result, we consistently create award-winning work that delivers a measurable return on investment for our clients. We’re proud of all we have accomplished. We are also proud and honored by our longstanding client partnerships, including several that span decades. We extend a hearty welcome and thank you to our clients and partners who help make us successful. 

At Milesbrand, we are proud of our dedicated and professional team's work/life balance and flexibility.Their work and talent awes us daily. Our impressive array of home builder and developer clients gifts us daily with a plethora of opportunities to create spectacular real estate branding. 

Our team was certainly blessed in 2002, and we wish the year farewell while looking forward to the new opportunities brought by a new year.

1. Winner of 16 Silver Nationals Awards 

Silver is sparkly and fun, and we are so thankful to be finalists in 16 categories at The Nationals with the opportunity to bring home gold from Vegas in 2023! These awards celebrate North America’s best new-home sales and marketing and recognize outstanding achievements. We received accolades for Tesoro Viego, Homecoming, Ave Marie and Milesbrand.

2. Dave Miles Most Popular Session at 2022 International Builders Show 

Our founder Dave Miles was a featured speaker in Spotlight Session: 60 Design Ideas in 60 Minutes alongside other industry-leading architects, interior designers, developers and builders. It turns out that this was the most popular IBS session at the show, attracting a large crowd with standing room only. 

3. Three MAME Awards 

Our team is incredibly proud to receive three MAME Awards from the Home Builders Association on Metro Denver’s Sales and Marketing Council. We earned these awards for our excellent creative branding Milesbrand. We are proud to show that we practice what we preach.

4. 11 Branding Processes Completed 

We are proud to take our home builder, master-planned community, developer and corporate clients through our cutting-edge creative strategies to propel their businesses to greatness. This year, we conducted 11 branding processes for new clients, including our 3 Step proprietary branding process – brand charrette, brand positioning and brand plan.  

5. 15 New Clients Added  

Much like an object in motion continues to move forward, the momentum we built over past decades of service to the industry propelled Milesbrand forward. We welcomed 15 new clients and were delighted to work with them to envision their real estate and corporate brands, create the brands and successfully market to their target audiences. Growth is vital to our company’s continued success, and we’re thankful to work with extraordinary clients who allow us to do outstanding work on their behalf.

6. 45% Growth Year over Year  

It is always good when accounting metrics increase. We are proud to have increased our revenue by 45% this year over last year. This speaks to the success of Milesbrand’s ability to sell and perform for our clients.  

7. 100+ Content-Rich Blogs 

As thought leaders in the real estate marketing space, we love inspiring others and sharing our expertise. Call us prolific! In 2022 we wrote more than  100 content-rich blogs covering real estate (home builder and master planned communities), corporate branding, creative placemaking, digital marketing, social media and online sales strategies.

8. 100% Virtual Office 

Understanding that the work-from-home (WRH) trend provided work/live balance, flexibility and new opportunities, Milesbrand officially transitioned to working remotely in 2020. We continued as a 100% virtual office in 2022 and are happy to provide our employees with a healthy work/life balance. Additionally, having first-hand knowledge of WFH allows our team to serve our home building and developer clients better  as they plan spaces and places within communities to cater to home offices and coworking environments.  

9. Guide and Blog Success  

It seems there is an unquenchable thirst for real estate knowledge and expertise among our followers. In 2022, we had 175 downloads of our most popular Guide: Real Estate Branding: A 10-Step Guide to Differentiating From The Competition. Additionally, our blog experienced an 800% Increase in page views and 528% increase in organic search traffic due to our SEO efforts and content rich blogs.
