2024 Milesbrand Year in Review

As 2024 comes to a close, Milesbrand is proud to celebrate another extraordinary year of accomplishments, growth, client partnerships and recognition. This year has been defined by award-winning campaigns, thought leadership and the strengthening of partnerships across the real estate industry and across the country. From national accolades and impactful speaking engagements to new collaborations and professional development initiatives, our team has continued to set the bar for creativity and innovation in branding and marketing.

The milestones achieved this year reflect not only the talent and dedication of our team but also the trust and success of our incredible clients and partners. As we reflect on 2024, we celebrate these accomplishments and look forward to an even brighter future.

1. Nationals 2023: Three Gold Awards

Following last year's success, Milesbrand secured three Gold Awards at The Nationals in 2024. The awards celebrate North America’s best new home sales and marketing and recognizes outstanding achievements. We received accolades for our work with clients Edgewater and Trumark Homes.

  • Best Print Campaign – Edgewater
  • Best Radio Commercial – Edgewater
  • Best Print Ad – The Summit at Castle Pines by Trumark Homes

2. MAME Awards: Two Gold Wins

Our work with The Aurora Highlands earned two prestigious MAME Gold Awards this year:

  • Best Video
  • Best Digital Marketing Program

3. Thought Leadership: 10+ Speaking Engagements

Our team demonstrated thought leadership and industry expertise through 10-plus speaking engagements across webinars, podcasts and live events in 2024.

Key highlights included two speaking engagements at the 2024 International Builders’ Show. Dave Miles presented 15 Secrets to Sales & Marketing Success in a Challenging Market, which was recognized as a Top 10 On-Demand Session from the show, and Genevieve Benson presented Engage & Keep Prospects Happy Top of Funnel to Bottom.

Other speaking engagements included Dave Miles’ session at the 2024 Sales and Marketing Leadership SummitI in Nashville, Kelly Kenton Fink’s appearance on the Sales and Marketing Power Hour webinar and Genevieve Benson’s feature on The Market Pulse podcast with SmartTouch Interactive.

These opportunities allowed us to connect with professionals across the homebuilding and real estate development industries, reinforcing our reputation as industry leaders.

4. Professional Development: Women’s Leadership Circle

Milesbrand proudly participated in the 2024 Women’s Leadership Circle, a mastermind group designed for women in real estate and construction. This year’s circle included four in-person sessions, as well as monthly strategy calls and webinars.

5. 40 Under Forty: Genevieve Benson Honored

A standout moment in 2024 was Genevieve Benson being named to Pro Builder’s Forty Under 40 list. Her recognition reflects her dedication, innovation and leadership in the industry, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate her achievement.

6. Success of the Milesbrand Resource Library

Our Milesbrand Resource Library continued to serve as a valuable resource for homebuilding professionals, surpassing 200 downloads this year. From branding guides to marketing tools, these resources offer practical insights to elevate brands and drive success.

7. Growing Presence: Three New Atlanta Partnerships

This year marked significant growth for Milesbrand with three new partnerships in the Atlanta market. Our expansion in this dynamic region allows us to collaborate with developers and builders to create powerful brands that resonate with homebuyers.

8. Client Success: Celebrating our Partners

We extend our congratulations to our clients on their remarkable achievements this year! From local to regional awards, we are honored to work alongside builders and developers who continue to set new standards of excellence. Just some of the recognition our clients have received this year include:

  • Ave Maria’s Community of the Year nod at the Sand Dollar Awards, as well as the Best Brochure, Best Social Media Marketing and Best Special Event awards.
  • Barron Collier Companies’ Marketing and PR Manager, Michelle Mambuca, was named Marketing Director of the Year at the Sand Dollar Awards.
  • True Homes named Builder of the Year at the MAME Awards. They also received Community of the Year honors for Edgewater, and several team members received recognition – Tracy Yeadon was named Sales Manager of the Year, while the builders’ Online Sales Team won Online Sales Team of the Year.
  • Trilogy Investment Company received the 2024 Pacesetter Award for one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing private companies.
  • Tesoro Viejo, McCaffrey Homes' master-planned community, was named the 2024 Best Builder-Planned Community for Central California by the Fresno Bee for the second year in a row.
  • Lyric at Ridgegate, a master-planned community in Lone Tree, Colorado, was honored with 5 Denver MAME Awards for their home builders including Shea Homes (two awards) and Infinity Properties (three awards).
